Tomorrow Morning (10-10) at the Civic Center! Our local Eastern Shore Delegation will be meeting with Wicomico county leaders to discuss local and state issues. This is a great time for the public to let their representatives know about their concerns about Executive Giordano's 287G actions (especially since the state will probably outlaw such agreements next year anyway), the current push to expand liquor stores in Wicomico County, as well as to get a sense of what other priorities are in the works for our county next year. Please consider attending the meeting and forward the detail's below:

-------------------------------------------------------------------

When: Friday, October 10, 2025

Time & Location: 8:30 AM - Wicomico County Civic Center

Flanders Room, 500 Glen Avenue Salisbury, Maryland

The Wicomico County Executive and members of the Wicomico County Council will discuss county issues, concerns and priorities for 2026 with the Eastern Shore Delegation and local stakeholders. The public is invited to attend and observe. This is an opportunity to catch a glimpse of what Giordano wants to pull in Annapolis (General Assembly session) next year.

Note that although the public is invited to “attend and observe,” only the unspecified “local stakeholders” (GSU/Developers/Local Rich People) are permitted to engage in the DISCUSSION.
