“Until there's a crisis, there's really not a need to communicate” says the County Executive. On the new episode of OPEN AGENDA (S2 E25) the Newland Park Landfill continues to be the hot topic of discussion. The more we find out, the more questions we have, so we are continuing to explore the origins of the landfill “crisis,” the design and construction timeline for completing the next landfill cell, the Council's emergency legislation to address the problem, the administration's failure to communicate or work cooperatively with the Council, and the misinformation that's being disseminated to the public.
