In S2 E30, with our featured guest, County Councilman Joe Holloway, we examine the roadblocks to filing ethics complaints with the County government, and how the process lends itself to the possibility of retaliatory action by the Executive branch. Additionally, we discuss the Greater Salisbury Committee's support for eliminating the revenue cap that presently limits property taxes, thus reining-in government spending.
