In this episode, a local resident known as “Good Citizen” tells his story about a recent visit to the Government Office Building for the purpose of obtaining information, and the unpleasant interactions with Executive Branch employees that ensued. Although Mr. “Citizen” does not seem to have behaved in a threatening manner, an Executive Branch employee photographed his vehicle despite his objections and called the police with no apparent cause. We'll also show you how the Executive and certain employees have repeatedly attempted to misuse law enforcement to silence citizens, and how the Executive herself has complained multiple times about being photographed in the public sphere when it reflected poorly on her actions and conduct. The hypocrisy is palpable. Do such actions by the Executive Branch pose a threat to our 1st and 4th Amendment rights? Watch and you decide.
